Many people feel unsure of how to best accommodate physical and mental illness, particularly as it pertains to reasonability and service delivery requirements. Having serviced the corporate industry since 1998, her unique experience allows her to provide deeply necessary insight into how to prioritise employee health and happiness, while maintaining sustainable levels of productivity.

While she has worked in functional capacity evaluation for over 25 years, mental illness has become a special focus of hers. She is passionate about sharing awareness and reducing stigma around this badly understood phenomenon, providing team’s with real solutions around this ever-increasing workplace challenge. When she is not doing all that, she is hanging out with her precious pups, riding her bike, and strumming her guitar!
